Securing a booking

You will be required to pay a 20% deposit to secure your date. Paying this deposit is your agreement to our terms and conditions.

Your wedding date is confirmed once Melissa has received your deposit via bank transfer. You have 48 hours to pay the deposit before Melissa will release your date to other enquires.

The deposit is non-refundable unless cancelled by Melissa.

​

You will receive confirmation of your booking once the deposit is paid and received.

​

You will be required to pay 50% of the booking at trial stage and the remaining balance two weeks before your wedding day.

CANCELLATION

In the very unlikely event Melissa has to cancel your wedding day. You will be refunded in full. (This has never happened)

If you choose to cancel your booking less than 8 weeks before your wedding date, all payments you have paid up to this point are non-refundable.

If after your trial, you choose not to go forward with your booking, you will be required to pay for your trial as this is a chargeable service.
